Honors for UAES Undergrad Researchers and Mentors

Although gathering awards and gaining recognition aren’t the driving forces behind Utah Agricultural Experiment Station researchers’ work and or their extensive efforts to mentor students, it’s still very nice to have your efforts recognized.

In recent weeks several students who work on UAES-supported projects with their faculty mentors were among the undergraduates selected to showcase their work at the Utah Legislature. Others have been named the outstanding undergraduate researchers of the year in their respective colleges.

The Experiment Station supports Utah State University’s commitment to undergraduate research and we’re pleased that our researchers are among the USU faculty members named outstanding undergraduate research mentors of the year. Read more about these outstanding faculty scientists, engineers and the students who are learning in and out of the classroom.
