Application reports must be submitted within 24 hours of applying a pesticide or fertilizer to a research or production plot. Once it is submitted, data from the report is emailed to the farm manager and UAES.

For pesticide application reports all sections with a blue background are required. Links are provided to help with plot designation and product information. The report allows the UAES to comply with EPA regulations, improve farm safety and create a detailed historical record of research plot activity.

For fertilizer application reports, write NA (not applicable) in spaces for the following: Applicator license, chemical name and target pest.
